First National Commercial, Hills Central has been managing our industrial complex of approximately 35 units in Dural since the building was completed in 2018. They have been a great asset the entire time and have assisted me with both leasing and management of all these units during this time.

From the outset it was clear they will go over and above their scope as property managers and leasing agents. They professionally advised me throughout Covid-19 lockdowns ensuring I was up to speed with the rules and regulations, and we were able to obtain minimal arrears and rent abatements during this challenging time. More recently they have seen me through 100% ownership of the complex to the title change of strata, after selling down selected units.
